At OXYENERGY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
